Ann is a Seattle native, an avid Cougar Alum, and dedicated Rotarin. Ann graduated in 1980 with a BA in Business Administration. She then went on to sell real estate and in 1987 turned to the mortgage business.

In her 25 years in the industry Ann has built a team of very talented professionals. Her team approach to her business allows her to provide excellence in service to all her clients. Ann prides herself on her ability to select the mortgage product best suited to achieve her client's financial goals. By keeping each client's overall financial strategy at the forefront, she provides true "personalized mortgage solutions" and not simply a one-product-fits-all mentality. I take pride in carefully listening to my clients individual needs and in educating them about the loan process. I believe communication is a key element in simplifying the mortgage process. I have earned the trust of my clients by repeatedly providing them with personalized financial solutions.
