About Ann Liberato

Ann is a Seattle native, an avid Cougar Alum, and dedicated Rotarian. Ann graduated in 1980 with a BA in Business Administration. She then went on to sell real estate and in 1987 turned to the mortgage business. Ann is a certified mortgage planning specialist, a designation that less then 1% of loan originators have nationally.

In her 22 years in the industry Ann has built a team of very talented professionals. Her team approach to her business allows her to provide excellence in service to all her clients. Ann prides herself on her ability to select the mortgage product best suited to achieve her client’s financial goals. By keeping each client’s overall financial strategy at the forefront, she provides true “personalized mortgage solutions” and not simply a one-product-fits-all mentality.
